Advanced modern plants
(A) registered in CIQ and passed ISO, HACCP certificates.
(B)Have sound management systems, tracking and supervision on the process of planting will be done very frequently by our technical team, e.g. seeds selection, the time & frequency of using pesticides and fertilizers must be strictly controlled and recorded for future verification, to guarantee products security and pesticides residues meet the requirements of importing countries.
(C) Pesticide residue detection on raw materials, semi-products & final products, meanwhile microbiological detection on semi & final products are executed strictly.
Cooperate with plants which have got international certificates, such as BRC, AIB, KOSHER, HALAL, etc.
Production processing control
(A) Strict quality & security assessments for production processes are performed by QC staffs, processing environment should reach 5S standards, processing technology & procedures follow HACCP system, all final products are tracked with TBS systems to assure products safety, to avoid physical and biological hazards.
(B) All shipments could be delivered out only after CIQ approval and getting qualified reports of microbiology & pesticide residue.
